These are the first troubleshooting steps recommended for common Pinlyt extension issues.
Keep Pinterest open
Some Pinlyt tools work best while Pinterest is open in the active browser tab.
Refresh and retry
Refresh the Pinterest tab, reopen Pinlyt, and run the same search or analysis again.
Check your daily limit
The free plan includes 5 uses per day on each tool. The extension shows your remaining usage.
Disable extension conflicts
Temporarily disable other browser extensions if Pinlyt is not returning expected results.
Check the overlay setting
For Pin Stats Overlay, make sure Show Metric Overlays is enabled in Pinlyt Settings and refresh Pinterest.
Contact support
If the issue continues, send the support team the search you tried and any error message you saw.
